Our Founder & Leadership
Shri Yeshwant Maggirwar Ji, Founder, 1992
Founded 1992. Led today by Mr. Avinash Maggirwar and Mr. Abhijit Maggirwar.
Divyam Vaastu was founded in 1992 by Shri Yeshwant Maggirwar Ji. The practice is led today by Mr. Avinash Maggirwar and Mr. Abhijit Maggirwar. Shri Yeshwant Maggirwar Ji established the foundations of our work after intensive study under traditional gurus.
That legacy continues through residential and commercial Vastu consultations, personal and business astrology, horoscope analysis, and remedial solutions, delivered today by Mr. Avinash Maggirwar and Mr. Abhijit Maggirwar with the same compassionate, practical approach.
Our approach
Every consultation begins with listening. We study the site, the birth chart or the question at hand, and then recommend practical, honest remedies rooted in classical Vedic principles. Wherever possible, our Vastu corrections avoid demolition and work within your existing structure.
What we practise
Vastu Shastra for homes, offices, factories and temples; Vedic astrology including birth chart reading, marriage matching and career guidance; spiritual healing such as Pranic healing, Reiki, tarot and sound healing; and dowsing for water, energy fields and geopathic stress.
Where we work
Our head office is in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and our branch office is in Pune. We conduct on-site visits across India and serve clients in the UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Netherlands and Tanzania through video consultations.

They lead the practice today. They joined in 2007 and took over all consultation work in 2021, and conduct the Vastu, Vedic astrology, kundali and muhurat consultations.
Mrs. Jayashree Maggirwar
Spiritual Healing Practitioner
Practising Reiki since 2013, alongside pranic healing, tarot card reading, sound healing, Akashic Records readings and numerology at Divyam Vaastu.
Mrs. Preeti Maggirwar
Akashic Records Practitioner

How a consultation works
Every consultation is by appointment. Vastu consultations take place on site at the property across India, or online by video call from a floor plan and a compass reading. Astrology, tarot, numerology and Akashic Records readings are held online or at our offices in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and Pune. Dowsing always needs a visit to the property.
Before the session you send what it needs: the floor plan and the direction of the main door for Vastu, or your date, time and place of birth for astrology. After an astrology reading you can message us with a short follow up question.
Book a consultation or read what our clients say on the testimonials page.
