Discover Divyam Vaastu

Divyam Vaastu was founded in 1992 by Shri Yeshwant Maggirwar Ji. The practice is led today by Mr. Avinash Maggirwar and Mr. Abhijit Maggirwar.

We guide individuals and businesses toward harmony, prosperity, and spiritual alignment through the timeless wisdom of Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology, blending traditional knowledge with practical modern solutions.

You will see the word written both as vastu and as vaastu, and families abroad often search for a vaastu consultant. Both spellings refer to the same body of knowledge, and it is the practice our name carries.

Common Questions

What is Vastu Shastra and how does it help?

Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian science of architecture that harmonizes buildings with natural forces. It helps create balanced living and working spaces that promote health, prosperity, and well-being by optimizing energy flow through proper directional alignment and spatial arrangement.

How accurate are astrology predictions?

A Vedic astrology reading studies your birth chart to describe life patterns, planetary periods and the phases ahead, so you can plan around them. Our readings are based on precise birth chart calculations and decades of practical experience, and are offered as guidance rather than certainty. Your actions and free will ultimately shape your path.

Do I need to renovate my home for Vastu corrections?

Not necessarily! Most Vastu corrections can be implemented through simple remedies like rearranging furniture, using specific colors, placing symbolic objects, or performing energy cleansing rituals. Major renovations are rarely required. We focus on practical, cost-effective solutions.

Can Vastu and Astrology help with business success?

Commercial Vastu looks at the layout of your office or shop, including seating, entrance, cash position and storage, and suggests corrections in line with classical principles. Astrology is used to identify auspicious times for launches, investments and partnerships.

How long does a typical consultation take?

Initial consultations typically last 1-2 hours depending on the complexity. We take time to understand your specific situation, analyze charts or floor plans, and provide detailed guidance. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-60 minutes.

What should I prepare for my first consultation?

For astrology: your birth date, time and place as accurately as possible. For Vastu: floor plans, the facing direction of the property, recent photos and the specific concerns you want addressed.

Are online consultations as effective as in-person?

Yes! Online consultations are equally effective for astrology and initial Vastu assessments. We can analyze floor plans, photos, and videos remotely. For complex Vastu cases requiring on-site measurement and energy assessment, we offer in-person visits.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Timelines vary from one situation to another. What you notice depends on the nature of the issue, the remedies advised and how consistently the recommendations are implemented. We do not promise a fixed result or timeframe. Astrological timing also plays a role, and we guide you on suitable implementation periods.
