Borewell water divining
Before you commit to the cost of drilling, dowsing is used on site to identify where underground water is most likely to be found and at what approximate depth. We walk the plot, mark the points we consider most promising, and explain what we found and why. This is a traditional practice and we present it as one input into your decision rather than a guarantee of water.
Geopathic stress and energy scanning
Some plots and buildings carry underground water veins, fault lines or mineral formations that classical practice associates with disturbed energy in the spaces above them. We scan the site, map where these run, and set out what can be done through placement, correction or shielding without structural demolition.
Dowsing for site and plot selection
If you are choosing between plots or planning a new build, a dowsing survey before purchase is far cheaper than corrections afterwards. We assess the site alongside a Vastu reading of the layout, so you get one combined view rather than two separate opinions that have to be reconciled.

What is water divining and does it work for borewells?
Water divining, or dowsing, is a traditional method of locating likely underground water sources on a site. We have practised it since 1992 alongside our Vastu work. We mark the most promising points and explain our reasoning, and we are clear that no method guarantees water.
Do you conduct dowsing surveys in Aurangabad and the Waluj MIDC area?
Yes. Our head office is in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and we conduct on-site dowsing across the city and the surrounding industrial areas including Waluj and Chikalthana.
Can dowsing be done remotely?
No. Dowsing requires walking the site in person, so a visit has to be arranged. Contact us with the plot location and we will confirm availability and what the visit involves.
Should dowsing be done before or after construction?
Before, wherever possible. Identifying water sources and geopathic stress lines before you build is far less expensive than correcting a completed structure.
