Introduction
At Divyam Vaastu, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you contact us through our website, how we store and use it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
When you send an enquiry through our website we receive the details you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your city and country
- The services you ask about and your message
- The page of our website you sent the enquiry from
To protect the form from spam and abuse we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address. It cannot be turned back into the address itself.
How We Store It
Your enquiry is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase in Tokyo, Japan, so that our family practice can reply to you and keep a record of your consultation. Access is limited to the members of our family practice.
How We Use Your Information
We use the details you send us to:
- Reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation
- Email your enquiry to our family practitioners, through our email provider Resend
- Notify our team on our private team channel, so we can reply quickly
- Send you an email confirming that we have received your enquiry
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside our practice for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to serve you and to keep a record of your consultations with us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages of our website are useful. Internet address anonymisation is switched on, advertising features are switched off, and the analytics we see do not identify you personally. Our website may also use essential cookies so that it works properly.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase to store enquiries, Resend to send email and Google Analytics to measure visits. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that maintain high standards of data protection.
