Astrology is the most common reason Dubai residents write to us. A kundali reading works from your birth date, your exact birth time and your birth place, and it reads the chart as it stands rather than offering a list of predictions detached from it. What you get is an explanation of the chart, the periods currently running, and what the chart supports or resists at this stage of your life.
The questions that arrive from Dubai have a pattern to them. Job and visa decisions, whether to stay in the Gulf or return to India, when to buy property, when to register a company, and marriage matching for children settled abroad. In the Marina and JLT the large water bodies on one side of the building add an orientation question worth checking. JVC, Silicon Oasis and Mirdif bring low rise apartments and smaller villas. Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Al Furjan are villa and townhouse territory, where the plot itself becomes part of the reading. The practical distinction is not the neighbourhood. It is whether you are in an apartment or a villa. An apartment gives you a fixed shell and a set of free choices inside it: sleeping direction, desk orientation, where heavy storage sits, how the entrance is treated and lit, and how each room is actually used. A villa adds a plot, a boundary, a garden and often a pool, and with them a much longer list of things that can be adjusted.
Send plans before you sign a tenancy
This is the single most useful thing we can tell anyone moving in Dubai. The decisions available before you sign are far wider than the ones available afterwards. If you send us three shortlisted apartments with their floor plans, we can tell you which one will need the least compensating and why.
If you come to us six months into a two year tenancy we can still help, and most of our Dubai work is exactly that. But the honest position is that unit selection is worth more than corrections afterwards, because in a managed building the landlord, the developer and the owners association all sit between you and any structural change.

How a Dubai consultation runs
Before the call we ask for four things. A floor plan, or an accurate sketch with measurements if no plan exists. Compass directions, taken with your phone compass held flat and level at the main entrance facing outward, away from metal frames, steel furniture and air conditioning units. Photographs of the main rooms and the entrance, taken from each doorway so the whole space is visible. And the building orientation, meaning which way the building itself faces from the street.
For an astrology reading we need your birth date, your exact birth time and your birth place instead.
The call runs long enough to walk through the plan or the chart properly. We explain what we are seeing rather than issuing instructions, because a recommendation you understand is one you will actually act on. You are welcome to have your spouse or family on the call, and most of our Dubai clients do. Afterwards you receive the recommendations ordered by what will make the most difference relative to the effort involved, and follow up questions are expected.
Fees for Dubai clients
We quote per property and per reading rather than publishing figures, because a studio in JVC and a five bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches are not the same piece of work and a single number for both would be misleading.

In practice, for an apartment or a villa with a fixed layout, a floor plan and an accurate compass reading tell us most of what an on site visit would. The limitation of remote work is that we cannot feel the space, so we ask for more photographs than you might expect. Where we serve the wider UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, the method does not change.

How do I take accurate compass directions for a remote consultation?
Use the compass app on your phone. Stand at the main entrance facing outward, hold the phone flat and level at waist height, and keep it away from metal door frames, steel furniture, air conditioning units and electrical equipment. Take the reading, step back a metre and take it again to confirm it is stable. Send us the numbers rather than a description, and tell us whether the app is set to true north or magnetic north.
What time are calls scheduled for Dubai clients?
India runs 1.5 hours ahead of Dubai, which is a small enough gap that scheduling is straightforward. Calls are usually arranged in your evening or over the weekend so neither side loses a working day. WhatsApp reaches us at any hour and we reply during Indian working hours.
Which of your services are not available in Dubai?
