Your date of birth, your time of birth as precisely as you can establish it, and your place of birth. The time matters most, because it sets the ascendant and the house positions the rest of the reading depends on. If your recorded time is uncertain, tell us, and we will work with the level of accuracy available rather than pretending to a precision we do not have.
