What a residential consultation covers
We read the property as a whole rather than room by room in isolation. The entrance direction sets the tone for the rest of the layout, so it is assessed first, followed by the kitchen, the bedrooms, the placement of water sources such as the borewell, overhead tank and bathrooms, and the open space around the built area. Where a floor plan exists we work from it directly, marking directions and noting what sits where.
Site selection before you buy or build
The cheapest correction is the one you never need. If you are choosing between plots or flats, a reading before purchase tells you which option starts from a stronger position and what each would need afterwards. We look at the plot shape, the road position, the slope, the surrounding structures and the direction the main entrance would face.
Floor plans and interior placement
For a property under construction or interior work, the plan stage is where Vastu costs nothing to apply. We review the drawing before it is finalised and suggest adjustments to room positions, door and window placement, staircases and storage. For a completed home, the same analysis is applied to what already exists and turned into placement guidance for furniture, mirrors, heavy storage and puja space.
Remedial solutions without demolition
Wherever possible our corrections work within the existing structure. That usually means changes to placement, direction of use, colour, materials and the addition of specific remedial items rather than breaking walls. A remedy you cannot afford to implement is not a remedy, so we set out what matters most first and what can wait.

Do I need to break walls to correct Vastu in my home?
In most cases no. We prioritise corrections that work within the existing structure through placement, direction of use and remedial items. Structural change is suggested only where nothing else will address the issue, and we tell you plainly when that is the case.
Can Vastu be applied to a flat in an apartment building?
Yes. A flat is read the same way as an independent house: entrance direction, kitchen and bedroom placement, bathroom and water positions, and the internal layout. You do not control the building, but you control the flat, which is where most of the practical corrections sit.
Should I get a Vastu reading before buying a property?
It is the best time to do it. A reading before purchase tells you what a property would need and lets you compare options on that basis, rather than discovering the issues after you have paid for it.
Can a residential Vastu consultation be done online?
Yes, provided you can share an accurate floor plan with compass directions and photographs. Remote consultations by video call are how we serve clients outside Maharashtra and abroad.
