Delhi NCR homes and what Vastu looks at in each
An independent kothi in South Delhi gives the most room for Vastu. The plot, the gate, the position of the staircase and the use of each floor can all be read together. Where a kothi is being rebuilt, the time to apply Vastu is the drawing board, before the staircase and the kitchen are fixed.
Builder floors divide one plot into separate homes stacked one above another. Each floor shares the plot's orientation and the common staircase, but has its own entrance and its own kitchen. The reading is done floor by floor, with the common staircase taken as given, and the useful question for a buyer is which floor's layout places the entrance, kitchen and master bedroom best.
DDA flats and the high-rise towers of Gurgaon and Noida have fixed layouts. The work there is in how rooms are used: which bedroom becomes the master bedroom, where heavy storage stands, how the entrance is lit and kept clear, and how the kitchen is arranged around the stove and the sink.
How a consultation works for a Delhi NCR home
Most consultations start online, from your floor plan and a compass reading, followed by a video session. On-site visits are by prior appointment across South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
If you are buying a plot or a floor, ask before you commit: the plot's shape, slope and roads, and the floor's entrance and kitchen, are far easier to choose well than to correct later. For a new kothi we work alongside your architect from the first drawings.

Is Vastu effective for DDA flats and builder floors in Delhi?
Yes. DDA flats and builder floors have fixed layouts, so we focus on non-structural remedies - direction-of-use, colour, lighting, metal and water elements - that work within the existing structure.
Do you offer commercial Vastu for offices in Gurgaon and Noida?

What is the best direction for a main entrance in a Delhi home?
North, north-east and east are generally the most auspicious for a main entrance. South and south-west entrances are not bad in themselves but need specific remedies - we recommend the best placement during consultation.
Is a south facing builder floor in Delhi bad?
No. A south facing floor is not inherently bad. The position of the door within the southern side, and how the rooms behind it are used, matter more than the facing itself.
Can Vastu be done for a rented flat in Gurgaon or Noida?
Yes. In a rented flat nothing structural can change, so the reading covers how each room is used, bed placement and sleeping direction, heavy storage and the entrance. None of these needs the owner's permission.
