Sessions usually run 60 to 90 minutes. We study your plan before the call rather than during it, so the time is spent on your property and not on reading drawings. We work through the property zone by zone, and recommendations are given in priority order, starting with what matters most. Floor plan review
Send the plan in whatever form you already have. Builder drawings, estate agent or listing plans, appraisal sketches, AutoCAD and DWG files, PDFs, a photograph of a printed plan, or a measured sketch drawn by hand. Any of these work, and we will tell you if anything is missing. This is how most first consultations in Australia begin.
Phone consultation
For follow-up questions after a session, or for a shorter query that does not need a full review, a phone call is enough. Written notes follow where they help.
In-person site visit
By appointment when our consultants are travelling in Australia. Availability depends on our travel dates, so ask early and we will tell you honestly whether a visit is possible or whether a remote consultation serves you better.

Does Vastu Shastra work in the southern hemisphere?
Yes. The Vastu Purusha Mandala is based on direction (north, east, south, west) and the sun's path, both of which apply globally. We apply identical principles in Australia - the sun rises in the east everywhere - and adapt sun-exposure-based recommendations to southern-hemisphere conditions.
Is a south-facing home in Australia good as per Vastu?
South-facing homes can be very prosperous when the entrance, kitchen and master bedroom are correctly placed. In Australia we also factor in summer sun exposure from the north when planning bedrooms and living zones.
